Hagidy Shipping Policy

At Hagidy Technologies (Hagidy), we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free from checkout to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains in detail how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing
  • All orders placed on Hagidy are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
  • During high-volume sales or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery, on times the product is dispatched directly by the Seller. Shipping timelines vary based on your location and the courier’s coverage. We don’t do international shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available).

3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Orders above a certain purchase value (displayed at checkout) may qualify for free shipping promotions.
4. Order Tracking
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
  • If your tracking number does not update, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Address & Delivery Instructions
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Complete Address means Flat Number, Apartment Name, Door Number, Street Name, Area, City, Pincode (Nearby Landmark) as applicable along with your working contact number.
  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact support immediately. Changes may only be possible before dispatch.
6. Missed Deliveries & Re-Deliveries
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notice with instructions.
  • Orders not collected within the courier’s holding period may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, note it with the courier before signing. For damaged, defective, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.

8. Shipping Restrictions
