Hagidy Return & Refund Policy
At Hagidy Technologies (Hagidy), we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we've designed a clear and customer-friendly return process to make things simple and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns- Items can be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery (exact timeframe will be displayed on the respective product page).
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
- Personal care, hygiene, or food products
- Customized, made-to-order, or perishable goods
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Gift cards
Request a Return: Log in to your Hagidy account and go to 'My Orders' 'Request Return', or contact our support team at Connect@hagidy.com. Provide your order number, product details, unboxing video and images, and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely and include all original documents (invoice, tags, etc.). Ship the product using the provided return label or via a courier of your choice (if self-shipping, shipping charges are non-refundable).
Cashback: Once the return is approved, the eligible amount will be given as a voucher with a 3-month expiry date, which can be redeemed against any purchases made within the Hagidy platform. Since all cashbacks are calculated based on your purchases (Self & Community), reversal of transaction and return to the original mode of payment will not be possible.
3. Return Shipping Costs- If the return is due to seller error (wrong item, damaged product, defective item), the seller will cover the shipping costs.
- If returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size/color, no longer needed), the buyer is responsible for return shipping and applicable charges will be added.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7'10 business days as redeemable vouchers with a 3-month expiry date.
- In some cases, you may opt for replacement instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective ProductsIf you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing videos.
7. Non-Returnable Situations- The return window (3 calendar days) has expired.
- The product is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Original tags, packaging, or invoice are missing.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
